how to create a joomla template?

hw to create a joomla template with any simple software .plz tell me about that soft..
bcz i m not fully expert in css,xml,php….etc…
anybody tell me abt that………ok

There isn’t an easy solution for this. You could use Dreamweaver but it might be a little difficult if you don’t have a simple understanding of how PHP works.

   Creating a Joomla template from scratch is a real bear. I would suggest using a free template from a theme company and editing it to suit your needs.

   Try the Haiku Ramblings template, it’s the most easily customizable.
